Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Coffee & Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products.
If your coffee arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Accessories & Equipment
Non-perishable items such as brewing equipment and accessories may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@brew-bar.co.uk so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used coffee products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
This does not apply to opened or perishable goods such as coffee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
