Subscription Orders

Brew Bar Coffee offers subscription products powered by Seal Subscriptions, allowing you to receive freshly roasted coffee on a recurring schedule of your choice.

When you place a subscription order, you agree to automatic recurring payments based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Managing, Skipping or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time, including:

  • Skipping an upcoming delivery

  • Pausing your subscription

  • Cancelling your subscription

This can be done by:

  • Logging into your Brew Bar customer account, or

  • Contacting us at info@brew-bar.co.uk

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, any changes or cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date, which is visible in your subscription portal.

Billing & Renewals

  • Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle

  • Your subscription will continue until it is paused or cancelled

  • No minimum commitment applies unless clearly stated on the product page

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, subscription orders that have already been billed or dispatched are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

 

Changes to Subscription Terms

We may update subscription prices, products, or terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated clearly in advance.
