UK Shipping Information
Brew Bar Coffee ships all orders from the United Kingdom using trusted, fully tracked delivery services.
Our coffee is roasted and packed to order in the UK to ensure maximum freshness before dispatch.
Order Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day
Delivery Services
We use the following UK couriers depending on the product and order size:
• Royal Mail 2nd Class
• DPD
Shipping options are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Estimated Delivery Times
Fresh Coffee
• Delivered within 2–4 business days from dispatch
Coffee Accessories & Brewing Equipment
• Some accessories are shipped directly from trusted suppliers
• Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery on selected items
• Estimated delivery times are clearly stated on individual product pages
Split Shipments
If your order includes both coffee and accessories, items may be shipped separately to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible. There is no additional shipping cost for split deliveries.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched, where available.
