We dispatch from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday, with most orders processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door. UK delivery is sent via tracked courier and typically arrives within a few working days of dispatch. We do not ship on weekends, and during sale periods please allow a little extra time.

Every bag is roasted in small batches and sent fresh, so you taste the coffee at its best. If your first cup does not live up to it, tell us within 30 days at info@brew-bar.co.uk and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. We would rather earn your next order than hold on to one you did not enjoy.
